What personal information do we collect?
When using our site or apps, you may be asked to provide the following details: Name, Email Address, Company Name, Phone Number, and other relevant personal information.
We may also request your location to enable certain features of our services that require location data.

AirEld does not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in/consent status with any third party or affiliate for any purpose, including marketing by other companies. This applies regardless of any other data-sharing terms elsewhere in this policy.
Consent is separate. Consent to receive SMS messages is not shared with or used by any third party, and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency and costs. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message we send, or by contacting us directly (see contact information below). After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
Help. Reply "HELP" to any message for assistance, or contact our support team.
Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How do we protect your information?
We only provide information and access to our software products. We never ask for credit card numbers. We use regular malware scanning. Your information is held within a secured network and is only accessible by a limited number of authorized personnel who are required to keep it confidential.
All sensitive data we receive is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Usernames and passwords are used to authorize and identify our users. Passwords are irreversibly hashed before being stored in our database; we do not store plain-text passwords.
Email addresses are used only to inform AirEld users of changes to our service and for password resets.
GPS location data is collected only when sent by your device while using AirEld's tracking features, and only with your authorization.
Do we use cookies?
Yes. Cookies are small files that the sites you visit transmit through your web browser, allowing the site to retain certain information. Cookies help us recognize returning visitors, understand your preferences, and improve your on-site experience. We use cookies to compile data about site traffic and on-site activity.
