Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Air ELD subscription at any time by contacting us at support@aireld.com or +1 818-659-9796. Upon cancellation, your access to the Air ELD services, including Premium Services, will terminate at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be incurred after the cancellation date.
Refund Policy
- Hardware Purchase: If you have purchased Hardware from Air ELD, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the Hardware is in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
- Subscription Services: Air ELD offers a refund for subscription fees within 14 days of the initial purchase date if you are dissatisfied with the services provided. Refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period.
- Premium Services: Refunds for Premium Services are subject to specific terms outlined at the time of purchase. Please refer to the Premium Services terms and conditions for refund eligibility.
